Schedule X medicines are never tele-prescribed by the system.

During a consult the doctor speaks normally to the patient in Hindi, English or Hinglish, and Aarogya transcribes on-device, drafts the SOAP note, suggests ICD-10 codes and pre-fills the prescription. The doctor reviews and signs. Average documentation time falls from 4-6 minutes to under 90 seconds. The raw transcript is stored encrypted and never sent to third-party APIs without explicit clinic consent.

Yes. Aarogya OS issues GST-perfect invoices with HSN/SAC codes, FY-prefixed sequential invoice numbering, and accepts UPI (Razorpay), cards, cash and insurance. One unified charge ledger captures every billable event across OPD, pharmacy, lab, imaging and IPD, so the discharge bill is one consolidated invoice. Tally export is included.
